In the morning, we will depart on a boat towards several small islands surrounding Zanzibar. One of our stops will be the disappearing island that sinks into the ocean during high tide.
There, we will enjoy a relaxing swim in turquoise water and tasty local fruits. Our program will also include snorkeling on picturesque reefs with a variety of exotic fish and coral.
On one of the islands, we will be treated to a delicious lunch, featuring fresh seafood and fish. After lunch, we will visit the ancient overturned Baobab, which has hundreds of years of history, and then we will sail to the hidden blue lagoon among the mangroves. During our stay on the island, there will also be the opportunity to purchase souvenirs during free time.
MEET MONKEYS
JOZANI FOREST, ROCK RESTAURANT, SUNSET
During our trip, we will visit the lush and exotic Jozani Forest, home to endemic red colobus monkeys that can only be found on Zanzibar. These adorable and friendly creatures live in a thick and humid forest.
They can be observed up close as they are curious and accustomed to human presence. During this excursion, we will also visit the famous Rock Restaurant located on a small islet surrounded by the ocean.
Then, we will head to the superb beach in Paje where we will have the opportunity to relax on white sand and swim in crystal-clear waters while admiring the sunset.
Spices, african town and turtles
SPICE TOUR, STONE TOWN, PRISON ISLAND
This is a full day trip that begins with a visit to an exotic spice plantation. Zanzibar has been known for centuries as an island rich in the scents of cloves, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and turmeric, and you will experience it firsthand. You will also see how coffee, pineapples, pepper, vanilla, and lemongrass grow.
The next stop is Prison Island, also known as Turtle Island. We will go there by boat from Stone Town. On the island, we will visit huge land turtles. The oldest ones are almost 200 years old. he trip will end with a visit to Stone Town.
